Republic Act No. 10533 known as the Enhanced Basic Education Act was officially signed by the President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III on May 15,2013. This law mandated the full enhancement and lengthening of Basic Education in our country to 12 years, to make our graduates globally competitive in terms of educational qualification. Basic Education starts with kinder and ends in Grade 12; hence, this educational program is called K12.

The lengthening of basic education involves the’addition of two years of specialized upper-secondary education which is called Senior High School (SHS). The specialized curriculum for SHS consists of a common Core Curriculum and tracks which are subdivided into specialized strands for students who completed Junior High School to choose. The completion ‘of SHS will make students qualified to enter college.

School year 2016-2017 will be a milestone for Philippine Basic Education. Senior/high School will officially be implemented nationwide starting with Grade 11 in SY 2016-2017 and Grade 12 in SY 2017-2018.

FTTS has been granted by DepEd a Permit to offer Academic Track with 3 strands: STEM, ABM, and GAS. Grade 10 students and their parents are invited to enroll in this school for quality education and a brighter future.
